Joan Oyedokun is the Founder and Executive Director of LifeBloom, a women’s health and advocacy organization launched in January 2025 with a vision to create awareness, inspire healing, and empower women living with endometriosis, PCOS, and infertility across Africa and beyond.

A seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in financial and budget management, Joan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA, and is completing her second master’s degree in Leadership and Management. Her professional excellence is matched by her deep compassion and purpose-driven approach to leadership blending strategy, service, and faith into meaningful impact.

Joan’s personal journey through pain and resilience became the seed that birthed LifeBloom. Having faced the silent struggles that so many women endure, she transformed her experience into a movement that offers awareness, education, and hope. Through LifeBloom’s growing campaigns and partnerships, she champions holistic healing addressing not just physical health, but emotional and spiritual well-being.

As a visionary leader, advocate, and coach, Joan is passionate about helping women find strength in their stories, rise above shame, and embrace wholeness. Under her leadership, LifeBloom has partnered with organizations, health professionals, and faith communities to amplify women’s voices and promote early diagnosis and compassionate care.

Beyond her professional and advocacy roles, Joan is a devoted wife and proud mother of two beautiful daughters. Her life reflects her belief that purpose can emerge from pain, and that faith, resilience, and community have the power to restore hope and transform lives.
